Participants may walk, run or bike on Saturday September 24, 2022 at East Rock Park!  The event takes place at College Woods in East Rock Park. 5K participants will run along the Mill River and around the bottom of East Rock before turning around and returning to the finish. The course is a nice shaded route, perfect for September!
